I'm not a great fan of broadmatch generally, but am trialing this this to see what impact the modifier has e.g. you put a + in front of the word that must appear - new york +hotel, will ensure that I will not get clicks from people looking for guesthouses, lodges etc. that would have come up in the standard broad match search.
