| SEO is the big pillar of Online marketing but as you have mentioned there are more and more methods to increase the sales like email marketing ( Most effected for online sales and much more ), social networking ( very good if done in accurate way, i did not get the success yet with it, but hope i will get ride on it soon too ), sms marketing is the old one method but many have gotten the good results, in my country it is heavily abused now days, and i also get more then 10 messages a day and do not like to read them. And if you talk about the offline efforts for business then there are ton of strategy and method to do marketing and implement strategy time to time, like banner advertisement, tv advertisements, classified ( Can be done online ), sign boards, etc etc.... :)
