I have tried several times in last 2 years to get listed my websites in DMOZ but till now no luck

DMOZ isn't what it used to be. Submit and forget it.

I have tried several periods in last 1 years to get outlined my internet sites in DMOZ but until now no luck

I suggest you forget about it once you have submitted. Its going to take like forever.

I submitted my site to DMOZ like a month ago. Still waiting for approval. I hope I get there. I even followed the post u mentioned, have loads of quality content. Now it's waiting time.

avoid to submit a incomplete and under-construction website. Put the maximum effort to find the appropriate category for your website, because wrong category sometimes may reject your site and never be taken again.
