My URL is placed 4th rank in the Google for all most one year. Suddenly my URL was not listed by Google. I don't know what do. How can I find whether Google blocked my URL or not.

Search Google for your domain. If it isn't there, it's been de-indexed.

You can search with your URL in "" if it appears in SERP you are not blocked/penalize, and if nothing happened, your domain is black listed.
example
search with = "http: // www. your-domain .com/" = IF you see your URL then your are not blocked and your keywords and website is in Sandbox = and if you do not see your URL, then your website is black listed and blocked by G...

I dont know if somebody can check if his site is banned from Google. Not sure at all.

search your domain in google if appeared then its not banned. Otherwise remove duplicate content or replace irrelevant backlinks.

You can know the Banned URL in Google by typing the "link:[url]". If it doesn't shows URL of website in search then it would be have banned for particular period or time.

Its easy. Just type your website url and search. If its there, then its okay. If not, then you are in trouble.

search the url in google if its visible then its ok otherwise there may be an issue.
