| Hi all, Cross Domain: A web-specific term that refers to a situation where content from one server interacts invisibly with another server that belongs to someone else. What is the usage of cross domain in SEO? Are you sure that it doesn't fall in duplicate content issue?
Thanks in advance, Christina.

I don't think there is any important use of cross domain.
Thanks for the information here. I think, very few people used it for SEO.

| cross domain is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL to do duplicate content.
Cross Domain could refer to, cross domain scripting, also called cross-site scripting where scripts running on one hostname are not allowed to run on a different hostname, or in website analytics where traffic to multiple domains is being combined and analysed as a single entity.

| As you purchase your domain name, you may not be certain of what extensions you need to use. A domain that is top level is very crucial for a new business website.
