SERP is a page of results generated by search engines based on weighted elements in each engine's algorithm.
PR is the value of page that determines its importance on the web. To promote our website or to get higher page rank we do link building for our website.

I don't really pay attention to Serps or PR, i just make sure my site is getting the attention it needs.
Try Running BLAM Ads on your WebSite instead of AdSense
I'm making 200% extra money now since I made the switch over! Content locking ROC

SERP: Search Engine Result Pages. A list of web pages in search engine for a particular keyword or phrase.

PR : Page Rank : A numerical value given bu Google to measure the importance of a web page (0-10)
