As per the new Google updates over optimization of any website can penalize it but how to measure it ? whether a website is well optimize or over optimize. If any one have some thing on it do let me know..

I don't think so there is any software to check over optimization for a website. We can just analyze by ranking of a website that if you have done a great job with SEO then website will rank on search engine for a long time. But if you have done excessive work then its ranking will get fluctuate.

There are many different standards. Some of them are using correct alternatives, keywords density, proper keywords placement, title, image optimization in a correct manner.

How can you even think of measuring over optimization, i mean how?
Try Running BLAM Ads on your WebSite instead of AdSense
