 Does clicking a backlink help with SEO?

We all know that having backlinks to a website helps with SEO but does the actual clicking of a backlink by a human (i,e not a robot) help add weight to that particular link as people are interested?

Also, what about when someone finds you on Google and clicks that link, does that tell them to add some weight to that search engine result?
